Mrs. Reena Prakash Tyagi, conceptualized and ideated “SEAS Global Institute", to set up a benchmark in the current educational system. She believes children need the freedom to appreciate the infinite resources of their hands, their eyes and their ears, the resources of forms, material, sounds and colours. They don't need to be forced to learn, in fact, coercion undermine their natural desire to learn. She firmly coincides with the words of Ignacio Estrada ' If a child does not learn the way we teach, maybe we should teach the way they learn."
She is firm with her thought that each child is like a butterfly in the wind, some can fly higher than others, but each one flies the best it can. We as parents should not compare one against the other? Each child is special, each child is unique, and each child is beautiful. And a child must be taught HOW TO THINK and NOT WHAT TO THINK...
She researched on various methods of learning and finally developed the method of teaching that aids to the holistic development of a child. She is a trained Special Educator, Counsellor & Guide, Certified Administrator in Educational Administration and Management & Pre-school Administration and Management.
A trained teacher from London College of Teachers, is also certified by CACHE (Council of Awards in Care, Health & Education) UK in Recognizing and Supporting Children with Special Education Needs & Learning Disabilities. She is also certified to teach English Language and Grammar along with Phonology.
She firmly believes "Every child is different and unique and is born with different abilities, capabilities and strengths. We as parents and teachers need to develop that patience and tolerance and bring out the hidden talent in each child, and help them excel in this wonderful world, because and should be taught in a manner that will help them to "ENGAGE | INNOVATE EXPERIENCE | LEARN | GROW".
